Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy Workplace Consultations ($100 Fee) Cancellations & Refunds: The $100 consultation fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment or do not show up. However, we understand that business schedules change. If you request a change at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, your fee can be completely transferred to a new rescheduled date. Package Credit: If you move forward with a custom training package, this $100 fee is credited toward your overall balance (it is not a cash refund). Individual 1-on-1 Online Sessions ($40 Fee) Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your individual online conversational session. If you notify us 24 hours or more in advance, your payment will be fully applied to your new rescheduled date. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or sessions missed entirely (no-shows), are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future sessions. This ensures our instructors are compensated for their reserved time. Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your online session, the instructor will wait online for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show, and the fee will be forfeited.
