Booking, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

• Consultation Changes: If you need to reschedule or cancel your $100 consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the consultation fee.

• Training Sessions: Scheduled on-site employee training sessions require a 72 Hour notice for rescheduling.

 

Intellectual Property

All custom materials, vocabulary guides, digital or physical "cheat sheets," and training curricula developed by Bilingual Work Talks are the intellectual property of the company. These materials are provided solely for the internal use of the purchasing business and its current employees. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes outside of the hiring business without express written consent.

 

Payment & Invoicing

• For full custom training packages, a deposit or signed agreement may be required before custom material development begins.

• Invoices for services rendered are due within 10 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a fee
